Do I need a credit card to start? +
No. The free plan requires no credit card at all. Paid plan trials also start without a card — you only enter payment info when you decide to continue after your 14-day trial.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. If you downgrade from a paid plan to free, you'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed free plan limits? +
You'll be prompted to upgrade. We won't delete your data or lock you out — you'll just need to upgrade to add more customers or orders. Existing records stay intact.
Is my customer data safe? +

What is auto-recurring order generation? +
On the Harvest plan, recurring orders automatically create a new pending copy on schedule — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — so you don't have to manually hit "Repeat." It's currently available on the Free and Grower plans as a manual one-tap action.
